In 2024, HCT moved to a better place which is our own factory in Daxing Liandong U Valley. Now it has 2 workshops (No. 12-13 Buildings) and total area is about 1500 square meters. Workers are about 120 and our main products are rollators and knee walkers which are now distributing worldwide including USA, Germany, UK, France, Italy, Netherland, Sweden, Spain and many other countries.
FACTORY VIEW
Processing workshop is on the first floor of No. 13 Building. There are 4 advanced laser cutting machines, heat treatment machine and some other machines for punching, bending and so on.
PROCESS WORKSHOP
INJECTION WORKSHOP
Injection department is on the first floor of No. 13 building. There are 7 injection machines that we can make wheels and some other plastic parts by ourselves. And we also introduce full auto load-unload apparatus. It is handiness and immediacy.
WELDING WORKSHOP
Welding department is on the second floor of No. 13 building. 12 robot welding machines greatly increase our production. And manual welding is to support the trial l order or special order. 
WAREHOUSE

Raw Material Warehouse is on the fourth and fifth floors in No. 12 building, mainly for hardware parts, fabric materials, plastic parts and carton boxes. 


Finished goods warehouse is on the second floor in No. 12 building.

ASSEMBLY LINE
Assembly line are on the third floor of two workshops. We have 4 assembly lines. Two are main assembly line and two are for supporting according to the production.
IN-HOUSE TEST FACILITIES
We have done in-house test for our products based on ISO 11199-2-2005. Like the Stability Test, Fatigue Life Loading test, Salty Spray Test and some other test machines for materials and wheels.
